BOOKING

Lash & Wax offers convenient online booking.  All appointments are secured at the time of booking by credit card. To book a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card that is in your name. No charges will be made at time of booking.

 

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

All appointments may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

 

Cancelled appointments within 24 hours of scheduled appointment & NO SHOW appointments will result in a full charge for service(s) booked.

 

MICROBLADING

Lash & Wax will strive to achieve the desired shape, pattern and fill during our initial procedure. Included in the initial service is a single Follow Up Color Boost appointment at 4-6 weeks. There is NO FEE when booked and services received within 6 weeks of the initial appointment.

 

During a paid Color Boost service, if Lash & Wax can not identify the shape of the initial Microblading service, then the eyebrows must be reshaped, and the service charge will be that of a new Microblading service.

NO CAFFIENE, ALCOHOL OR STIMULATING HERBS OR SPICES THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

PARKING

Parking is available in the front, side and back of the Airport Mini Mall.  Truck parking is available on the side & back of the Airport Mini Mall.

RE-LASH OR FILL APPOINTMENTS

Please note that if you experience any issues with retention, Lash & Wax only guarantees work within the first 48 hours after application.

 

When booking a fill with Lash & Wax and the original work was done elsewhere Lash & Wax cannot guarantee the stated pricing as additional costs may apply.  As well, our 48 hours guarantee does not apply in this scenario.

 

All new customers with existing lashes from another lash stylist or studio must book a consultation in addition to the fill appointment.  If your lashes are not suitable for a fill, Lash & Wax will make recommendations and quote pricing accordingly.  In this scenario, two appointments may be necessary.

Lash & Wax is happy to offer on-line forms for everyones convenience in order to provide the best service and time management.  Forms related to your service are to be completed and submitted online to Lash & Wax before your scheduled appointment.
